The worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Since they updated their branding and reset the app, I’ve been completely locked out of my own account and unable to process salary payments.

I contacted them immediately, but no solution has been provided. They promised to get in touch, yet I haven’t heard anything back. My emails go unanswered, and they don’t even pick up the phone.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it affects my ability to manage critical financial tasks.
