Came into Milton Keynes branch to see Funmi, I am delighted with the service given today. I came in for one thing ended up sorting out everything I needed and more. I think she deserves a big pay rise or new dress. She was very happy and smiley very pleased

To open bank account for two of my children I have booked appointment in the Milton Keynes branch but only one slot by mistake. However Jane, who was taking care of us, was so helpful and nice and she did both within limited time. She has stayed even longer than her working hours to finish off the set up. Very grateful to Jane as we have missed few school hours, otherwise we would need to go back.Thank you we were very pleased.
