About
Cafe Mediterraneo in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, seems like a mixed bag. It's a cafe with a good number of fans, getting a 4.5-star rating overall. Some people really love it, praising the friendly staff and tasty coffee at a fair price. The cafe itself sounds cozy and inviting, even though it's small.
However, there are some negative reviews worth noting. A few folks weren't happy with the food, especially the English breakfast. Some said it was overpriced and small, with some items not cooked well. One person mentioned the pasta dishes weren't very good and used cheap cheese.
It seems like the coffee and the atmosphere are the strong points, but the food might be a gamble. If you're looking for a quick coffee and a friendly chat, it might be worth a shot. But if you're after a big, tasty meal, you might want to look at other options nearby.

The pasta dishes are never al dente, the sauce is good but not homemade good just the good tinned sauce. The cheese has this strange after taste thats i can not describe. However for the price you pay i dont expect more than that food is decent enough doesnt make you sick so fresh enough too.
The worst thing about this place is the grated cheese they give you to add to your pasta is that cardboard that you buy pregrated from the DRY good section in the store that never goes off and tastes like sand. It was disgusting and I dont even know how they can serve that cheap stuff to people. For goodness sake guieseppe comes every thursday buy the hard cheese from him or at least buy the "fresh" grated cheese from the fridge section of the store, not the crap that can sit in the cuboard for 10 years and never go off.

Then i moved to Milton Keynes and found almost everything was cheaper, apart from this place, but, trying to be fare:
Pro: The place looks lovely inside, plenty of seating, large TV, chairs and settees, outside seating with umbrellas, nice. The menu is large, plenty of choice, but that for me is where the pro stops.
Cons: The portions are about 33% of the size and the prices leave a lot to be desired, i didn't see a set meal, you just pay for each item individually e.g. espresso double £2, Omelette £4.90 and salad £2.50. Thankfully there is a Greggs across the road so i could top up, £9.40 all in all for a small breakfast and I need to pop into Greggs as well to finish off, i miss my old cafe.
I wont be going here again, not for me. I have attached a photo and tried to make sure there are plenty of other objects in the shot so you can see the size for context.
Actually, thats not entirely true, i would go there again for an espresso, £2 is a good price for that and the place is nice, but they need to sort out their portion sizes before i eat there again.
