I go past this place to work so do not really visit, but it does look like a beautiful place with a great open park to walk and a lovely picturest lake ideal for fishing

Not really a place of note, it's a brook and it's pretty but not something great really needs adding to Google as a reviewable location! Seriously people don't need to see every crevice of the universe to decide the need to visit it. I get Facebook is a place to show pictures of your dinner but I really don't think people need to review a small area of a public place, even if they did take a nice picture of it.
