Fantastic customer service, I have visited the Milton Keynes Branch, twice in the last couple of weeks and each time the staff were so helpful and spent time with me to ensure the transactions I needed to action were safe and scam free.

Fantastic customer service. I walked into the branch without an appointment and with a few queries. The Branch Manager gave me his time and resolved the problems and providing me with good information for the future. It was great to be able to have face to face contact.

I went there on a Saturday morning for something very simple but I've faced the most unwelcoming person imaginable. Even that the bank was empty and there was no queue, she was extremely bored and almost offended, that I am bothering them with something that I could have done online, despite the fact that I have explained her why I preferred to speak to someone face to face. Bottom line - horrible service, zero customer facing skills. Popped across to Lloyd and sorted it out for a minute, no hassle whatsoever.
