When you go to somewhere called "Harrods Champagne Bar" you'd expect it to be super expensive. It really isn't, particularly when you consider the quality of the space and the food and drinks for which you're also getting table service.
I can recommend the Beetroot Latte and also the proper green tea. I will definitely be going back

Upon trying to pay, the same thing happened, only now all three members of staff were at the other end of the bar and all ignored us until we stood up and put our coats on. Terrible.
