I attended the branch to close an account which glitched online. Sally was wonderful and most helpful. She sorted it immediately without fuss and was helpful in looking at other aspects of my account that need attention. She booked me another online appointment with another of Lloyds finest called Ms Cocks. What's not to like, helpful advice from Sally and an additional helping of ms Cocks later in the month

Very bad service today , 5 of us in a que and 1 cashier. I could of done what I Qued up for if there was any help or customer service with in the bank. No receipt offered or given. 1st time I've been in the bank for a while. Never again

Today, I visited the bank to deposit a cheque due to challenges encountered while attempting to do so through the mobile app. During my visit, I encountered a highly unpleasant and abrupt member of your staff named Faye. I am deeply disappointed by the disrespectful manner in which I was addressed. In my three decades of banking with Lloyds, I have never experienced such an upsetting encounter as this at any of your remaining branches.

Please dnt use the machine to deposit make sure u also count your money infront of the teller I had 150 pounds go from my money then they found £20 of it and told me that was it I called head office to complain
They Said it would be sorted and I would get a call in 48 hours it never happened I never got my money back
I had to stand around like a fool whilst the person re counted the full till to find £20 extra that was mine I asked to re check both machine but it wasn't dn I lost out on 2 jobs costing me more than the money lost but it was principal I stood my ground even tho I didn't get my money back be warned count your money before handing it over
