I haven't trusted a garage for a long time due to bad experiences, but this one was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They rediagnosed my car after another mechanic got it wrong, and then they fixed it quickly at a very good price. Everyone there was so friendly, and they fully explained what the problems were, which made me feel like they actually cared. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you so much for everything. You don't get good customer service at a lot of places these days, but this place went above and beyond. When I called around MK for quotes, this place was recommended a few times too. Will definitely be using them from now on, and recommending them to my girl friends. It's also a bonus that they're a family business.

Excellent garage, very knowledgeable and competent. Have been using for a few years for MOT, servicing and occasional repairs on various cars. Book time for a recent repair was 6 hours, only took 3 so it only cost me half the original estimate. That kind of honesty is worth a lot.

I’ve used this garage before and had great customer service. When I lost my car key, I thought they’d get it sorted out quickly.

I called the garage on Thursday, November 14th, to get a replacement key for my old Honda Civic (06). They said they’d sort it out ASAP. They ordered the key code to get the key cut for my car.

At 5 p.m., I got a call saying the code hadn’t come yet and they’d be there on Friday.

Friday morning, I called the garage. They were still waiting for the code by email.

I got a phone call from the garage at 5 p.m. apologising, saying nothing yet, but the guy was going to Scotland and to call the garage on Tuesday.

Tuesday came, and I called again. They said yes, we have the key code and would sort it out today ASAP…

I called again at 4 p.m. They told me they couldn’t now, so I offered to pick up the key so I could at least open the car. (Gave me the key without charging)

They said they would call me to get the key programmed to the car so I could drive it…..

The garage called me on December 3rd. You need to pay us £108, I paid for the invoice over the phone.

My car would have been out of action from the 14th of November to the 3rd of December.

I know deep down this garage was never going to sort it out, I gave them time and time again to sort it out without hearing anything from them moment I picked up the key myself on 19th November to getting a phone call to pay £108 on 3rd of December.

I sorted the car out myself the day after picking up the key from the garage, by borrowing a machine to program key myself and then ordering 2 spare keys from Amazon then visiting Cobblers To You in Bletchley to get keys cut at £15 each and coding them.
