Fantastic cake shop! Friendly staff, delicious food and reasonable prices.
We went in for a birthday cake for my younger son, as this is the only place my older son would eat a cake from! My son wanted a “robot cake” so I asked if they could just draw a little robot using icing or something. We needed the cake that same day and what they produced within minutes absolutely exceeded our expectations! Everyone at the party commented on how cute the cake looked and how delicious it was!
Also, while still in the shop, my sons started to argue about who would eat the pineapple of the extra slice of cake we had purchased. (I know a bit greedy but the birthday cake was for the following day and they looked so delicious!) The lady who served us overheard them and quickly placed another bit of pineapple on the slice of cake. I was so grateful for the gesture and felt very valued as a customer.
I would therefore highly recommend CakeInn Milton Keynes!

I ordered a red velvet umrah mubarak cake. The service i received was exceptional the cake was delivered on time and it tasted amazing. The sponge was soft with fresh cream layers made to perfection my family loved it. Thank you will be definitely ordering again.

The cake I wanted for my daughter's birthday is the one in the first photo. The staff said I can do everything, the height, rainbow, decorations. They said just buy the unicorn. My husband received the cake without me, I was shocked when I saw the cake. There were no decorations (they were all decorations I bought myself). The height is not the same. Even the rainbow is made of cream. The cake I showed you is fondant. It melted because of the hot cake and cream. We paid £90 for a plain cake. Instead of accepting their mistakes, they are defending themselves. I will complain about the hygiene issues to the necessary places. I never recommend them. They will ruin your most special day. I am extremely angry. They disappointed my baby's 2nd birthday. Give training to your staff. You ruined my most special day!!!!
