Easy access and rent. Car was clean.

Volvo is my second experience at SIXT. Staff veryyy friendly and not trying best, doing best. Don’t say it is just rental office, I mean feeling safe when renting car.

The customer service at this branch is unmatched been renting solely from here for a while and I’ve been satisfied through and through. Bradley will go the extra mile to keep a repeat customer happy and that’s what separates Milton Keynes from the other Sixt branches would’ve gave six stars if I could.

I hired a car on the 10/01/2025. Awful experience and I really hope I won't need them again.

I am pregnant and starting my maternity leave this month, my Audi needed more that 2k in repair and maintenance so I did not have spare money for any add ons. I did not expect the man at the counter to know my circumstances and I do understand that they need to "sell", however he was extremely unprofessional when I declined the insurance which was more expensive than the car I was renting for 2 days.

When I declined the insurance he started laughing and scoffing under his breath and shacking his head. At some point I did tell him "I know you might find it funny but it is not funny for me". I was shocked by such unprofessional behavior.

I had the worst experience ever with this company. I hired a car from them for 7 days. When I returned the car the next day maybe 16 hours later I received an email from them that the car had a dent on the rear passenger door. They also sent me pictures and I noticed that this dent wasn't there when I returned the car. They also sent me a bill of £1375 that they want to charge my card for the damage. It was ridiculous and stressful. The guys from the office didn't check the car when returned it to them and wanted to keep me responsible 16 hrs later. Also, it was written that I returned the car a day later which was a lie and for this, they already charged me £40 and this is still not fixed. Anyway, they put down the claim against me after I contacted them officially and gave them a video and details. But it was very difficult and very stressful for me and this is just because I didn't buy their insurance which was more than half of the rental price of the car. Dear Sixt, please do more affordable insurance for your customers and hire more competent people in your offices. And for how you lied to me I'll never forgive you.
