It's a horrible company.
Was referred by someone and met this chap called Ram who is a horrible individual.
He gave me some very questionable tax advice.
He was nice at first but as soon as I called him out on his dodgy advice and the ridiculous fees he was quoting he switched.
He was very rude.
Some of his staff members called him on his phones and he talked to them as if they were peasants not worth his time.
I told him I wont be joining his practice as a client and he asked me my details so he could invoice me PS175 for his half hour.

Quest are very patient and diligent and I really appreciate the interactions with the team.
