We hired Sayan Sri for our wedding reception. Overall was really pleased with the service and definitely recommend.
Pre event, Sai was really good and provided a lot of assistance and recommendations to keep things in budget,etc and we worked together to get things right.
On the day, the team were on time and set up with no hassle which was great. Our venue didn't have a working kitchen either so that caused additional logistical planning but on the day it went smoothly thanks to the forward planning of the team.
Onto the food - it was delicious and our guests loved it. Given the range of guests we had from differently backgrounds, to be able to accommodate for all was really impressive. The waiting team were proactive and Sai managed them all really well. The post event tidy up was quick an efficient which helped protect our venue deposit.
Overall we really recommend for a wedding event. There are bigger catering companies out there but we felt like the food we were having at each wedding we went to ended up tasting the same so with Sayan Sri it was a breathe of fresh air at very reasonable prices.

Sri arranged the catering for a gathering of 100. The dhaal, chicken and vegetable biryani were delicious! She even threw in some raita, which was equally as appreciated. The food portions were generous and everyone was able to eat to their hearts content. I was able to select the level of spice, I chose medium. I am super grateful for the service and the quality of food was excellent. I would certainly order from here again! Shabina

We ordered food from Sayan Sri for some guests who wanted to taste authentic Sri Lankan food. The company did not disappoint. The food was fresh, very tasty and, certainly, authentic. The coconut sambol, mutton rolls and chicken curry were particularly outstanding. The cost was reasonable and the service excellent. It was a very enjoyable dinner and we will certainly order from them again.

We hired Sayan Sri catering for our Hindu wedding and they did not disappoint! Fantastic variety of dishes and we had many compliments from guests about the authentic Sri Lankan taste. Sayan was great to work with, very responsive and happy to accommodate all of our requests. Really took the stress out of wedding planning and excellent communication leading up to our wedding to ensure all went smoothly on the day. Highly recommend Sayan Sri catering for weddings and large-scale events.

We had this catering service for our wedding. It was a timely delivery, and good dish selection.
They were really helpful to list all the ingredients as i and my guests have allergies and this was imperative.
On the other side, the communication was quite slow with Sai. And the food was way beyond too spicy. We specifically mentioned we want the curries less spicy so the kids at the wedding can have the food too. However it was that spicy that even i could not have them. The tea was also way too strong.
The team was lovely however.
