Amy & Chezney clean our carpets/sofa on a regular basis and no mark is left untreated. The service is always impeccable. My carpets look brand new every single time, even my hallway carpet that often takes a lot of dirty teenage/toddler shoes covered in mud. I cannot fault Amy and Chezney, and the service in which they provide from booking through to completion, I could never make a single fault. 100000000/10.

Just had my carpets cleaned by Amy and the team. They were quite worn out but the team did an amazing job and had them looking great and not so worn out anymore. The team was very friendly and carried out the work professionally. Would definitely hire them again.

I cannot thank Amy and her team enough. I have used other cleaning companies before however, maid in town added a little extra sparkle - I have now found my permanent cleaning angels. They are extremely hard working, punctual, practicable and leave my house looking and smelling amazing. Would highly recommend, thank you x

Recently (2 weeks ago), I had Amy and her team 'clean' my newly renovated property. It required a deep builder's clean. I was assured this would happen and that the team knew what was involved.

I can since confirm, after moving into the house, there was still grout all over the tiles in the bathrooms, there was even plaster skim still on tiles. The toilet bases were still dirty and had dust from the builders. In fact, I'm not sure if they actually cleaned the house at all.

I raised my concerns with Amy, who confirmed the house was clean, however, the fact the house was still dirty and still have grout on walls and dirty toilets, suggests otherwise. Given I paid over £500 to have the house cleaned, I'm incredibly disappointed with the service provided.

I would not recommend Maid In Town and I would definitely not use again.

EDIT: In response to Amy's response, I can confirm, that is the point of a builders clean - to remove the dust, residue etc from the builders!!

I messaged Amy several times and she just told me 'it was clean'.

I never said not to use products in my house, I asked her cleaners 'to be careful on the stone'. Amy even called to confirm if I said no products and I said no, I never said that.

I would happily not post on Google if I had had a reasonable response from Amy.

I wouldn't feel the need to post if my house had been cleaned properly for the significant amount of money I paid.

You are correct Amy that a few days after the clean I asked about cost for regular cleans, but this was before I noticed all the uncleaned areas in my house. You never responded to me about the regular cleans by the way. And with 3 cleaners and over £500, I would expect the house to be spotless. There were new floors, new carpets, new bathrooms, new kitchen and appliances. It's not like you were cleaning and old, dirty house.

All in all, I never usually leave reviews on Google. In fact, this is the first time. But I am so incredibly unhappy with the clean and the subsequent customer service that I felt the need to post so others can be aware.

I hope this helps improve your service in the future, Amy.
