River Island

Not the most helpful staff (young), who prefer to talk to their visiting friends rather than serve customers wanting to purchase goods. However when you do engage them they provide average customer service. I personally like the brand, but this store only has limited stock. Go to a flagship store if you want to get items that are also listed on their website.

This person wearing a grey crewneck sweatshirt and black flares gave me such a dirty look for no reason , she had brown hair and a low ponytail. I don’t appreciate being given that , as a black woman it feels like she assumed I was stealing , I’m going to take this up as high as i can . I don’t believe someone with that kind of attitude to customers should be working anywhere near them. Thanks for reading . I was at this river island at 13:05pm on Thursday 19 September when this happened .

Very clean river island shop that’s organised and the items are nicely displayed! Always has a lot of sales and variety so it’s my go to River island store

Today i got the email for my clothes gift that the order was canceled and i will got refund back order made successfully 1 week ago , 8 days , and i got the surprise , I dint know whats hppening , What i heard the problem is from inside the warehouse but i must say i got issue with them items canceled or refunds from few years , I think they got bad supplychain .

I was expecting to receive my selected items and after completing the order , they wake me up after few days that , we are sorry but few items was cancelled?!?!?! I was ........
Usually I'm not doing this but River Island is not anymore The old clear and accessible River Island .
