Excellent service and fast alterations from the very friendly and efficient team in the store. Visit for an excellent range of premium suits, shirts, shoes and ties and some of the best customer service in the shopping centre.

We happened across this shop whilst shopping in Milton Keynes, and what an understated gem it is. Fantastic service and staff. Aidan was incredibly knowledgeable, and gave great advice. We left with an incredible suit, and very happy smiles. We would highly recommend a visit.

I've liked the excellent quality, style & range of H&C clothes for a long time but the staff at the store in MK are also brilliant. They are very knowledgeable & helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. This is in sharp contrast to most of their competition who just don't "measure-up"! (See what I did there lol?)

Outstanding service every time!
My husband has bought 4 suits from Hawes Curtis MK and the staff could not be more helpful and knowledgeable about their products. James in particular is amazing! Wonderfully friendly, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent visit to the Hawes and Curtis shop. My experience was extremely disappointing, particularly given my previous positive interactions with this store.
On my visit to pick up the trousers for my tailored suit, I encountered a middle-aged asian lady who was rude and dismissive. Despite my arrival, I was kept waiting for an extended period without even a simple acknowledgment or an indication that someone would assist me shortly. Her demeanor was arrogant and stuck-up, making the entire interaction unpleasant. When she finally handed me the bag, she curtly said "alright" without any indication of good customer service.
This was not an isolated incident. When I initially dropped off the trousers to be fitted, I was served by a young boy. From the moment I greeted him, his unapproachable attitude was evident. This cold and unfriendly service was consistent from beginning to end.
This recent experience is particularly unfortunate because it contrasts sharply with the excellent service I received in 2022 when purchasing a three-piece suit. At that time, I was assisted by a lovely lady who provided outstanding customer service.
Having a loyal customer, this recent treatment has been a significant letdown. I am now hesitant to return and will likely take my business elsewhere in the future. I cannot recommend this store based on my latest experience.
