Top notch staff, especially the two gents behind the counter - 1800, 18/2/25. Very warm welcome, even if the heating had failed! Coffees as expected, charging points which is always important. Don't often leave reviews but the service was genuinely too good to ignore. Many thanks.

A very bad experience. One of the staff members was very rude, with arrogant and unprofessional behavior that does not represent the image of Costa Coffee or his other colleagues and does not respect the trust and loyalty of the customer. He informed me that they close at 8:00 PM without any prior notice and that I should leave the table immediately. The communication was completely unethical and provocative.

Have been more than a hundred times to this place as it’s near by to my house , and this one time a new team member by the name Kareem was very rude and it looked like he was very unpleased by the fact that we were Indians and his behaviour was abysmal. I started placing the order (again no hi no customer service nothing) and he goes take away or dine in. I said take away and he had absolute zero patience in listening to my order and after each item I told him he kept asking take away or dine in??? Clearly he was not happy seeing us. This doesn’t stop here and mind you the two other staff and customers behind observed this and he made a mango bubble frappe without bubbles ?? And my husband was like this is the worst frappe I have had in years . When Mr Kareem got us our orders to hand out he did with so much difficulty and didn’t bother hand out straws or tissues and another staff member reached out to this. I too working in a customer service industry and this is unacceptable irrespective of you being a new member or trained cause the gist of this industry is good CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It’s not meant to be treated like anybody is above anybody.

My one of favourite costa, nice coffee, very friendly good staff.
But definitely needs better management because I don’t understand if you don’t open heating in this cold weather when you are going to open it.
I was there on Sunday and it was freezing cold.
