Great and friendly staff, allways positive and nice with cuwtomers. Like most coffee places it does get busy and you will need to wait for the coffee, but it worth as they serve good quality coffee.

Nice and busy, seating outside if needed, I prefer the seating up stairs, not as noisy and can look out. Good choice of drinks and food (cakes and sandwiches etc) went in on Christmas eve, wasn't to busy and had the yummy black forest hot chocolate, it's a must have in December. Friendly staff.

Went to this Costa today asked for caramel latte and a Bakewell tart, coffee was perfect done buy another member not the one that served me but the guy that served me didn’t understand a word I said clearly, I said I wanted a Bakewell tart 3 times and I even pointed it out to him, got home to find he had given me a lemon slice which I don’t like so wasted my money

When I am served over someone else annoys me, and imagine the elderly lady now feeling rushed and in the way, absolutamente disgust! Then the same happens to guest after me. Oh and my tray was jus left to grab no word no, “here you go, guys”…. Nothin, notta a nudda! So I announced “ I will jus take these then”, still nothin, then my friends hot chocolate was just awful, the 4th remake of hot choc’ finally looks like it should not b in the loo, which btw is absolutamente disgustin. This is why I havent been here in years, same regret each time. 3:30 pm monday 25/11 am lease correct staff or just rid them.
