I have worked with Pete, Anna and Faye as we have a different Personal Trainer come on site each day and all staff are super friendly, helpful and effective.
I have regularly booked with Faye who specialises in Powerlifitng but was able to listen to what I wanted and try new things. She would always push me to do more which you want from a PT but also understand my limits. Very quickly she establishes a rapport and builds relationship and I would recommend anyone looking for a PT to chat to her.
Pete and his team are great and I look forward to booking with other personal trainers in the coming months and working with the team in 2019 to work on my fitness

I have regular sessions with a core group of PTs:
Anna has taught me to appreciate and embrace pilates. I often find myself listening to the Anna in my head and making minor posture corrections.
Rachel has introduced me to Zoomba! (so much better than Zumba). When you're dancing round your living room like you just don't care it doesn't matter if you're out of time or going in the opposite direction to the rest of the class
Andrea has been my Mentor for the Excellent Resolutions programme 2021 going above and beyond sending me exercise format videos and contacting me on a regular basis; daily during our February burpee challenge.
Not forgetting Simon and Roland who have worked with me on my Resolutions journey making sure that even on the days when I didn't feel like exercising we accomplished something.
Thank you to everyone for welcoming me into their homes, introducing me to their pets and keeping me going during lockdown
I can't wait until we are able to meet again face to face when I'm sure I'll be worked even harder and I'll be able to stand on Pete's magic scales and see what's happened to my muscle mass.
