Ordered two Karetta dresses from here on Tuesday. Paid over phone. Was amazed at how quickly they came. As I already have a few of these no need to try for size. They’re lovely. I can’t wait for warmer weather to wear these. The lady I spoke to (Sarah) was a real pleasure to deal with. All round good experience. I wish I lived nearer to the shop it looks amazing from the photos.x❀

I highly recommend this shop. The staff are absolutely amazing. You feel very welcome and they serve you with kindness and knowledge about the product. They have great range of shoes and clothes and some very interesting jewellery. I bought a pair of earrings and a magnetic brooch and I am very happy with both my purchase and the whole shopping exeprience. Thank you very much.

My friend & I had another fabulous shopping experience at Rags on Saturday. You would absolutely never get anything like the level of service they provide in a large, impersonal chain store. It's not just the great, friendly service they provide but a whole shopping experience. Their clothing range is amazing - a large selection but only a few pieces of each style, so you're going to come away with something a little bit different (so the odds of clashing outfits is very remote). We feel relaxed & comfortable at Rags plus we have some good giggles. We left your shop feeling on top of the world and we're delighted with our purchases, thank you for everything.

I find it disappointing and ironic that a boutique would sell China mass-produced clothing (evidence in the ‘FASHION’ label) for an upwards price of £66, and to then decline a refund within two days in perfect condition.

The label that I only noticed once home after the coat was draped over me by the sales assistant and tucked away out of view. The same label that had a size LARGE yet the assistant had told me twice was a SMALL - they had actually scribbled an S on their own removable tag. I’d like to add that I was not given privacy in having a look at how the coat did fit on me. Two sales assistants behind me. Including the same lady that had thrown the coat on me and later on denied me a refund. This coat was far too LARGE and the quality did not reflect the price. THIS was my reasoning for returning.

This was a rushed and pressured purchase as it was only minutes before their closing time and I wanted to be respectful of their time, especially on a Saturday. Therefore no, I did not notice your printed-at-home “we don’t offer refunds” signage that wasn’t within eye level. Maybe you could’ve communicated that or remove that you DO accept refunds on your site?

Out of pocket £66 but at least I haven’t wasted space in my wardrobe for something manufactured in China. Sadly this is the reality of the high street nowadays. Although, I had expected something better from a boutique.

My partner left an honest, polite review about our experience on their FB page for him to then be blocked? That’s an interesting way to go about valid criticism.

Thanks for blocking me on Facebook for being honest.
Guess if we're being honest the coat we wanted to return was cheaply made in a sweatshop from china. Once we saw the generic 'fashion' label on it.
