I can’t say enough good things about Saira. Over the last 9 months or so that I have worked with Saira she has transformed my personal fitness and strength to new levels. Not only did she train me in physical fitness, she provided nutritional advice and acted as a coach when life happens. On top of that she is kind, caring and one of the most positive and helpful souls I have come across. If anyone is thinking of PTing with Saira I would say you have nothing to lose and everything to gain, so go for it! You will have an amazing journey and be supported every step of the way

Saira is a brilliant choice when it comes to a PT for women.
She's helped me gain back my confidence and find my feet in the gym, weight loss is just an added bonus!
I've now got a consistent routine that I love and that's working for me. Saira is so kind and understanding but pushes me when I need it and is always on hand for any questions I have from nutrition and protein bar advice to adapting my workouts for injury or to suit my week. I can not rate her highly enough!!

Working with Saira was the best decision I’ve made. I’ve been part of the small group PT programme for 5 months and have made so much progress, not only with weight loss but with nutrition, confidence in the gym and building important habits. Saira always makes you feel comfortable, which I think is so important whether you’re new to working out or not, she’s always there to answer your questions and offer knowledgable advice. The weekly check ins are great for accountability and an opportunity to raise any questions. I would recommend Saira’s programmes to anyone, she really does make such a difference!

I had a mix of face to face PT sessions and online programming with Saira for around 8 months. Saira was extremely professional from our first interaction and throughout my time with her. Her knowledge and passion for fitness and strength training made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. Saira has a very warm and welcoming personality, making each session fun and enjoyable - she really invested in me hitting my goals and she was my biggest cheerleader! On top of this Saira was also very responsive whenever I had any questions about my programming or if I wanted to check my form. Saira's gym is lovely and in a very private space. I would recommend Saira to anyone who has a fitness, strength or body composition goal.

I’ve been working with Saira for 3 months and it’s been one of the best decisions I made. Training with Saira has helped me lose 6kg but more importantly she’s helping me set up good habits (like drinking enough water) and helping me to celebrate the non scale victories too. Things like being able to lift heavier, and let go of the all or nothing mindset are equally as important as the numbers. She’s always on hand if I have questions about exercise and nutrition, and she’s great at keeping me accountable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a PT who specialises in working with women.
