Jay did an excellent job replacing our shower and moving the washing machine from the kitchen to the utility room. What impressed us most was how smoothly he handled the washing machine relocation--especially when another plumber had previously said it couldn't be done due to lack of water connection. Jay found a smart solution and got it done without any issues.

Aesthetically the work carried out looks lovely but I have a problem with an air lock in the plumbing which has only been there since the work was done and Jay has not been able to resolve this so I don't use the toilet due to the horrible noise when I flush it! I have contacted Jay a number of times but he doesn't reply to my messages or answer my calls.

Jay at J F Heating were recommended to us by our British Gas engineer Andy Fleckney (also a great plumber) and Jay from J F Heating did not disappont, the very fact that Jay is both a plumber and kitchen fitter was an amazing find because the plumbing and sink fitting were all done by the same craftsman, so we didn't have to wait around for a separate plumber. We cannot speak highly enough of Jay @ JF Heating nothing was any trouble at all, including a couple of little extra jobs which he didn't even charge me for. Jay did exactly what we asked him to do and more and finished fitting our kitchen on time 10 out of 10 a rare find r
these days. In addition Hay also recommended an electrician called Riccardo Archer who again was a top man and 10 out of 10 for the job he did requiring our kitchen.

Jay fitted a shower screen and helped fix my toilet which was clogging up and leaking. All done in good time and to a good standard
