my younger brother asked for a taper fade specifically asked to not get the top of his hair shaved, yet the barber shaved it either way! definitely not coming back!!

For the past 3 months, I have come here to get my daughter's hair washed after removing her cornrows. She has very sensitive scalp and 4c type of hair; the ladies have always listened and given her the very best service. Happy daughter, happy mum.

Terrible service went to get my hair locked, I waited over 2 hours for the dreadlock guy to start my hair, I was left in middle waiting, my hair is less than a week and it looks horrible what a waste of money. I very much regret.. Zero stars from me
I don't recommend (my hair really looks bad I might cut it off, coz there's nothing I can do it was locked, I can't comb it out )

I always come here to cut my toddler's hair. The barbers here are soo welcoming and nothing seem to be an issue for them. This time, my son hair was cut by the owner himself. What an incredible man, he took his time to cut his hair, he's so patience. We will not go anywhere. We love it here.

Your guys need to improve,especially on fades

Unprofessional behaviour from hairdressers. I simply made suggestions for braiding the short hair on my head and the hairdresser appeared annoyed. The second hairdresser was blow drying my hair on what felt like a hot heat after my hair was freshly braided. I asked her to turn down the heat setting for the blow dryer to be warmer. She did not even have the courtesy to turn the hair dryer off and listen to my request. Instead she continued to use the hot heat and gaslight me talking over the loud hair dryer. At one point I had to turn my head around to face her and talk to her but she still continued to blow dry my hair. Worst customer service skills.

Booked online for an appt and arrived at salon to find no stylist for my appointment. I was meant to phone day before arriving so they could arrange for the right stylist to be there. All I recieved a txt message which I did not see till the day of appointment. So excited to have hair change for Xmas do. Very disappointed and will not be returning. If I could put 0 stars I would have.
