Alana has helped hugely with some deep rooted issues in my back and shoulders. The deep tissue has helped release the tight tension. Alana is friendly and easy to talk too and she explains what she is doing so you get an understanding of any issues you have and what might be causing it and also what you can do to help yourself.

Reiki worked for me.
I originally had some massage to release tension in back and neck. This was good but Alana soon recommended that I should seek the source of the problem. I have been suffering anxiety for a long time with difficulty calming my overactive brain, these thoughts were sabotaging my quality of life. I was recommended to have some Reiki treatment. I was sceptical, but wrong. After the very first session, I left quietly and dumbfounded. Something had changed. That evening I sat at home and enjoyed getting totally involved in a TV movie. Something I hadn't done for a while as I previously couldn't concentrate. I realised something was missing... all the intrusive thoughts and 'noise' in my head. Next day, the same, I was 'back in my head' and was so focused on whatever I was doing. The result was to me unbelievable, and seems to be persisting. I feel so much better. Of course different people may have different results but you won't know until you try.
