Karen is absolutely fantastic! I've had massages in many different places across various countries, and she is by far the best. Her technique and skill are unmatched. Now I'm a regular customer, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I went today for a deep tissue massage in the hope that Karen would be able to release some pain and tension I've been suffering with for some time in my neck and upper arm and she made such a difference- I felt I could move normally again! Amazing Massage! I felt so relaxed as soon as I walked into the room. The decor matched the vibe of the massage which made the experience even better. As someone who values privacy, Karen made it clear that she did too which made me feel comfortable and even more relaxed. It's the first time I have had an Indian head massage and hot stone massage and I was quite nervous not knowing what to expect but Karen made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Right from entering the room, it was so cosy and warm, Karen explained everything so well and the massage was amazing! So relaxing, cosy and pure bliss! . The massage bed was warm and everything was perfect. Calming soft music, Karen's gentle manner and the ambiance in the room complimented it all. Definitely recommend and will be booking in again. From the moment I met Karen for my appointment she had a friendly manner and calming, relaxing vibe. Her treatment room is beautiful, fresh, airy and relaxing. Karen listened to all my problem areas and went for deep tissue as requested by me and then again listened when I said areas were just to sore and could we go for a softer more relaxing approach! I booked in for a full body Swedish massage with Karen as I was in need of a bit of relaxation and me time after recently having my little boy. From the very start the entire experience was tailored to myself, for example the form I was sent to fill out included a choice of oils I would prefer and what type of massage is my preference, I thought this was fantastic! As soon as I arrived I was met with a friendly face and seen as I hadn't had a Swedish massage before Karen explained the process to me and made me feel very at ease and relaxed which I think is extremely important when your about to lay basically naked under a sheet in a room you've never been in the room was so relaxing, the lighting, the scents, and the massage bed. I also suffer with eczema and Karen didn't make me feel abnormal for it in anyway! The massage was AMAZING! The pressure to release any knots I had, the pure relaxation of it all...honestly an hour flew by and was not enough I will certainly be going back! And...
