This company and its team are nothing short of amazing. Quite frankly they have saved us huge issues many times by being so reactive and proactive. Honestly the response times and thoroughness is awe inspiring, you can tell they are a really well functioning team and business who pride themselves on customer service, and I feel like they are treating my business and its goals as if it was their own.

They took the time to actually find out about our business and how it works, our worries, things we had tried and failed, and took onboard everything we said. Rather than dismissing us and trying to use a "one size fits all" SEO plan which everyone else seems to want to do thinking they know better than you do what is good for your business.

We tried other Agencies and wish we had saved ourselves the stress and expense and found BBI in the first place. They put right everything that the other Agencies did not do or did wrong as it was not relevant to our business - or did not listen to us telling them wanting to be done.

Please from a small business owner, do not make the expensive mistake I did of trying other Agencies first.... BBI Brand Boost will be the first, last and only Agency you will ever need or want to use.
