I had a lymphatic massage with Sharon she was so lovely, she is so knowledgeable and explained everything really well and how it will help me, very professional! Exactly what I needed! I have a week off between changing jobs and wanted ultimate relaxation, and that's what Gemma gave me! I treated myself to 2 hours worth of treatments - feet & lower leg massage, a back, shoulder & neck and a scalp & face! It was pure bliss I even fell asleep I was so relaxed haha! I've already recommended to Gemma to friends and will definitely be back in the future

For someone who struggles with physical contact and social anxiety the treatment i recieved from Gemma today had me leaving lighter on my feet and lighter in my mind. Not only was the massage perfect but we agreed that talking through it would work better for me which led to talking through a lot of personal trauma that I didn't realise needed to be released
