I'm reading through the reviews and couldn't disagree with the negative ones more! I think this soft play is one of the best around, and I'm driving from Bedford. It's best suited for kids under 10; my two are 3 and 1 and could play here all day if I let them. Their soft play area is extensive and goes up three levels, with the top level connecting to their pretend play areas (vet's, pizza parlour, fire station, post office, grocery story, dress up, Lego building) on the upper floor. I find the pretend play areas to always be set up very nicely and staff are quick to tidy them up after children have ransacked them. On top of this, you have a wonderful outdoor play area with huge sand pit; a safe baby area, that my 1 year old refused to come out of; a carousel, which made both of my children cry when we had to come off because they loved it so much; a mini race-car track; an area upstairs for parties; fusball table; super clean toilets; craft activities if you come at the right time; ample parking; and amazing staff. I found the food and drinks to be reasonably priced (I've definitely had more expensive in similar establishments) and the temperature was alright by me.

You do need to sign up beforehand and it is slightly cheaper to buy online.

360 is local to us and I can go honestly say over the last 6 and half years I would have been lost without the place. My son is autistic and 360 has been a safe place that he a lifeline to us. He has had several birthday parties there and we've been able to adapt them with the help of the staff to best suit our son.The staff are so caring of him and have always embraced him making sure he is safe and accepted. We got a 5 year pass as a Christmas gift and it is due to run out soon and we will absolutely be renewing. The outside space is great the role play areas are currently a big hit for us. We love 360 and our circle of friends have all become pass holders and are at 360 regularly

We visited Club 360 on a Saturday to celebrate my child's birthday. Even though it was busy due to the weekend rush, my kids had a blast. There are plenty of activities for kids of all ages, and the soft play area is a good size. The outdoor sand pit was a big hit with my kids. Finding parking took a couple of rounds, but overall, it was a fun outing for the little ones.

Came here almost weekly for 2 years no issues, today my 4 year old autistic daughter got turned away as they were apparently "too full". Numerous families departed (meaning less than full) whilst my poor husband tried to pay for entry. The woman at the desk said if we were members then we could come in, otherwise it was too full. This makes absolutely no sense, you are either full or you're not. She was either trying to up sell membership or couldn't be bothered to process on the door payment, either way a little girl was left very disappointed. No way to treat loyal customers so we won't be returning.
