Andy Cross Personal Trainer & Thai Yoga Massage

I've been training with Andy for a couple of years now and he's been instrumental in helping me turn my life around. Went from shy, awkward and scrawny to being 97KG and continuing to progress even further. Great coaching, amazing advice in and out of the gym and always manages to get me pumped for my workout even on my rough days. I've been training with Andy for over a year and have seen great results, not only losing weight, but feeling fitter, feeling stronger and changing shape resulting in me needing smaller clothes sizes. The weight loss has been achieved in a more sustained way, which may have taken a bit longer than it would of I was on a fad diet where I starve myself for days, or just drink smoothies or steak, but through a series of small changes that mean that the positive changes I am making now are going to stick in the long term. I couldn't have done it without Andy's personal training and diet/lifestyle advice. I highly recommend him. Thanks buddy!

He is a lovely personal trainer and friend. I have been training with Andy a number of years. Not only a great personal trainer; he is a qualified sports massage therapist and a nutritional expert. My body strength and personal fitness has improved so I am able to run faster and longer. In the last year i have had a couple of hamstring issues and he has helped repair the injury very patiently with sports training and massage therapy.
