Hannah was fabulous.
Came in needing a revamp and was feeling old and dowdy but I left feeling fabulous with a great cut and will be back for a colour.

My first visit to Arcana .... A great experience. Amanda was my stylist ... an absolute professional in every way . Warm and welcoming ... Checked in with me every step of my restyle haircut to make sure I was happy. I am extremely happy with the end result . Highly recommend and will return .

I love the experience. She did a great job in cutting and styling my hair. Also took some advice on good products too.
The staff seems to be very nice and jolly. I felt amazing and loved my haircut too.

i was very nervous having had a bad cut elsewhere but i really had no need to be this salon is the best and have now gained a new customer they are very attentive and very professional a huge big shout out to Amy my new hairdresser such a lovely lady with who i hope to build my custom with

Amanda cut my hair today. I had been putting off visiting a hair salon since I moved to the city because I hate calling up with bad signal. Arcana salon has online booking and payment available so that's what I did. I booked earlier in the week and managed to snatch up a wash and cut for the Saturday. The staff were all friendly and Amanda asked questions and checked in regularly during the cut to make sure she was doing what I wanted. For a wash and cut I was there for 25 minutes and seen on time. On the other side of the salon there was a barber, it made the salon feel inclusive. Will definitely return in the future

So appreciative for the staff here who took me in with only an hours notice to fix a botched haircut I received at another salon. They did an excellent job and now have a new client
