Loved my spa treatment afternoon great value for money

This place should be on everyone's bucket list, it certainly was an amazing experience.

My friend and I came recently for a birthday treat and after seeing the reviews, we were dubious to say the least! But we had a fantastic day! We really couldn't fault it! PLENTY of purple parking within walking distance and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! We had the lava shell and Himalayan salt massages which were AMAZING and the masseuses were so lovely! The pool was being used for aqua Zumba when we got there but we had done our research on the website beforehand so fully expected this, after that we pretty much had it to ourselves! Lockers were big and easy to use, and the changing rooms were spotless. Honestly couldn't fault the day, do not be put off by the poor reviews!!

Best gym for price and facilities in the centre of Milton Keynes. No way as good as David Lloyds but no way as expensive! Nice sauna and pool and steam room and facilities and really good crowd of people in the sauna Sunday 6pm!

A lovely body massage by Jasmine! I definitely recommend it as I will be returning. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is about the communication from the Bannatynes themselves. On the induction day, I was sold a monthly spa treatment as an addition to the regular access. Only after it was sold, it appeared that the spa add-in included a limited number of treatments. That wasn't made clear when selecting premiums and until this day I'm not sure what treatments are included and which ones are not.

Coming into the club (up the stairs) from the car park was very off-putting as it was run down and needed repairing but once inside, you're welcomed by a lovely indoor garden with water fountains and even a fish pond. The staff were very helpful and polite. Check-in was easy and quick. There's a well equipped gym. Changing rooms and pool area was clean and well kept. Treatment rooms were relaxing, warm and clean.
