more present. Sara was wonderful with the technique, kept me engaged in a conversation the whole time. The procedure lasted only 15 minutes which was amazing. equipments and the place was also super hygienic. definitely recommend visiting if you live in MK!

I saw Sara today, even though she doesn't usually work on weekends--but she kindly agreed to see me as I had booked a last-minute holiday. I was surprised that the treatment took place in a hotel, especially given the very reasonable price and free parking!

Sara was amazing and made me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend her and will definitely be a regular from now on.

Unprofessional and poor customer service.

Very hot wax used when asked to turn down refused this.

Leg wax- had broken hair on my leg because of how fast the application was and wax was not pressed into the skin. Rushed service. Unimpressed.

As seen on the pic attached 48 hours had not passed as you stated I didn't pay a deposit for 58 hours. Also I am aware you don't ask for all customers to pay a deposit initially anyways. Sudden change in the process of booking... also unprofessional.

My main reason for the review is you don't value your customers and are dishonest with them as well and unprofessionalism shown.

Great place, Fara accommodated my last minute request for a treatment and she was very efficient and nice. The location is also ideal due to the free parking onsite!
