The garage is tidy, and there's a spacious waiting area, but don't expect the charges to be fair. The invoice for the extremely expensive repairs does not have a breakdown between parts and labour. Despite having a week to prepare for the said repairs, they do not buy the parts in for the job that's needed. They failed my cars MOT on a fault that was considered an advisory on the previous MOT. They replaced the part but only after waiting several hours to source it. I have a suspicion that they charged me labour for the 3 hours, plus I was kept waiting for the part. I did query it but was fobbed off. All in all, I wasted a whole long day when the immediate job needed 2 hours max. There was well over PS180 overcharge by anyone's reckoning. They won't be getting repeat business from me or my family.

Simple oil change forgot to put my intake pipe back on!

Tried to charge PS800 for "essential work" to pass MOT. Paid PS40 at another garage and passed with no issues! Feeling pretty annoyed we could have been ripped off that much!!

Not happy with the quality of work, charges more for both parts and labour, not fixing genuine parts, seems many of mechanics not doing professional, felt bit rude on communication, unnecessary advisory mention on MOT, not torque the fixings to right standards, damages the fasteners while accessing the concerned areas list goes on...
Avoid where possible!

Took my car in for an MOT, and it failed for a "Serious Leak in the front shock absorber" (as well as an advisory about the steering racking). To replace both was PS350.

Something didn't feel right though - the car had spent a week not moving on my drive and there wasn't even a spot of fluid underneath, it didn't wallow in corners, and when I bounced it they stopped within a bounce and a half. So I took it to a second MOT centre and told them about it - two technicians looked at it and both agreed it wasn't a failure. Got the MOT done there and passed without even an advisory.

Would not recommend.
