BMF Mobility

I can't rate Brandon and BMF Mobility highly enough. After a 6 hour journey from Cornwall to Milton Keynes I discovered I had left my mobility scooter key at home. I phoned round several local mobility shops who couldn't help, or in one case couldn't let me pick up because they were mail order only. Brandon came to my rescue, not only having a matching scooter key but also delivering direct to my hotel. I can't thank him enough as the following day I needed my scooter to attend a Buckingham Palace Garden Party. I would definitely recommend BMF Mobility as they clearly take customer happiness and wellbeing seriously.

Good service, came out within 48 hours, prompt and repaired my tga minimo.

Came to fix my mum's mobility scooter and has been nothing but problems trying to get him back to fit the new part which he was paid to fit. Has arranged 4 times when he said he would come back, each time an excuse as why he cannot return with the part. Currently still waiting for him to return having already paid.

Brandon gave a reasonable service obtaining wheels for the wheelchair then coming out after hours to fit them, so I had a chair for an appointment the following day. Polite and caring service reasonably priced. Then took
6 weeks to get bearings because wheels were wobbly. I was without the chair for all this time . Making appointments and not keeping them rescheduling them.

Very happy with this company service and been very helpful in fixing the issues that we have had would definitely recommend using this company if you are local

Good service to start off then it went down hill from then on I won't use this company again does not honour warranty kept saying I am getting new battery's but never did

I've been dealing with Brandon now since April when I had a puncture in my only working scooter over a weekend and thankfully he was able to respond the following day on a Sunday!. We have 5 mobility scooters (4 class III's and a boot scooter) which I expected two of them would needed scrapping, but Brandon managed to get both working at very little cost. He's serviced them all and repaired them all and also provided new batteries for them all, all at a very reasonable cost. He has gone above and beyond to help me get them all back on the road. On a couple of occasions he had car trouble but always communicated with me if he was running late. He's worked all hours including weekends and late in the evening to get things completed. I very highly recommend BMF mobility and Brandon, I won't use anybody else now in the future!

They were great at fixing the fault on my electric wheelchair and servicing. Great communication. My wheelchair feels like it is new again. Thanks

Brandon is a very polite professional young man he has been servicing my mother's and her sisters mobility scooters for 4 years now and even found a buyer for my mum's scooter when she recently upgraded the motobility trade is one done where you need someone who knows what they are doing and Brandon knows what he's doing

*UPDATE* Within 1 hour of posting this review, he decides to respond 10pm at night. I had a funny feeling that would happen.

I needed a cup holder designed and installed on my electric wheelchair. I found Brandon from BMF Mobility from a Google search. After speaking to him on the phone, I felt excited because I have been struggling to get this sorted for a long time because the manufacturer don't make them, so this is a custom job. I had high hopes, this company was local to me and Brandon came across friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. He arrived to my home address promptly to assess the adaptation I needed for my wheelchair. I stressed the urgency and he gave me promises for being able to make what I need and complete the work quickly. He came out on the 21st May, its now the 28th June and I've chased him more then 10 times. He was either busy dealing with personal things, driving, or doing another jobs. Was very helpful. Got the part quickly and came out and repaired my scooter despite a vehicle problem and having to go back to Milton Keynes and then coming instead in his own car. Kept up to date on situation and was kind and friendly throughout. Definitely recommend
