B&Q Milton Keynes

Without doubt, B&Q Milton Keynes is the very worst in customer satisfaction. The store manager, the hub manager and the very rude gentleman who answers telephones with a "Yeh" and then hangs up on you after waiting almost half an hour is just the tip of the iceberg with this store. No wonder B&Q stores have declining sales. Save yourself a very large headache and order from a more professional company than this bodge it and scraper outfit.

It was big and full of stuff I don't need but I bought anyway

Worst shop, the staff was rude and very unhelpful. Asking for a specific item the staff was not bothered in helping me find the item due its chit chat with a colleague.

Click & Collect is a waste of time. Website says order will be ready in 15 mins. After waiting an hour and 45 mins I received a call to say they had sold out of the items I wanted. Should have driven there and just found them myself

Poor as expensive prices of what was available and loads of water hose accessories, but all out of stock, a wasted journey, what I did buy very poor or no instructions for use !!!

If IKEA and a botanical garden had a DIY lovechild, it would be B&Q Milton Keynes. First off - parking? Plentiful! I parked so close to the entrance I thought I'd won some sort of loyalty raffle. And yes, it's massive. Like, "I went in for a pack of screws and emerged three hours later with a hedge trimmer, two geraniums, and a barbecue" massive.

The garden section is basically Kew Gardens with price tags. Rows of roses, daisies, and even that fancy lavender that makes your garden look like Downton Abbey's front porch. Indoor, outdoor, flowering, climbing, potted, scented - they've got them all, short of giving them names and national insurance numbers.

Need a drill? A hammer? A light fitting shaped like a spaceship? The hardware and lighting aisle is a rabbit hole of pure DIY joy. Lost a screw? You'll find 247 varieties of it here - and probably three staff members who actually know what they're talking about.

Barrier-free parking, clean, tidy, friendly staff. we got everything we wanted. ample choice.

the employees are bored and do not help you with anything at all.

You look up a product online,which says which lane you can find in store. There is no such a lane. You order something online which never arrive you cannot get a refund because that is not coming from b&q. You want to return something bought in store, you follow the sign of return and there is noone. You go to collection to return something. Absolute stupid how very basic signs are not working, I am offering a Sharpie to update signs .

Today is perfect for shopping at B&B for our garden
