Brigitte is an amazing sports massage therapist! She has made me feel really comfortable especially as I was nervous to be seen. She has helped me with the aches and pains I went to see her for and has educated me on areas that I know will help me for the foreseeable! If it wasn't for Brigitte I wouldn't be better both physically and mentally! I trust her more than I do doctors and other health professionals. The best person I have seen!!

Brigitte really knows how to help with injuries and alleviate aching strained muscles. As an ageing hockey player I find her sports massage management second to none.

I had a number of pains that needed looking at from playing regular sport and carrying my now 3 year old around. Brigitte was able to target them all. I've had other physio treatment before for my sport related problems and it has never quite managed to resolve them as much as Brigitte has. Brigitte is super friendly and makes you feel as ease during your sessions. She lets you know when what she is doing as she is doing it too. High recommended.
