Had a excellent back neck and head massage today with Tessa,has really helped my neck problems.l can highly recommend.

I've been struggling with a lower back disc issue and numbness in my legs and feet for almost a year. Despite several visits to the hospital, my GP and NHS services, I didn't get the help I needed. Eventually, an NHS physiotherapist told me my condition required hands-on treatment that the NHS doesn't offer, and recommended going private.

That's when I found Pavol and Tess--my lifesavers. After just a few sessions, many of my symptoms improved noticeably. They're both highly skilled, respectful, and incredibly patient. They dedicate real time and care to each session, making you feel valued and supported. I genuinely look forward to every appointment and can't recommend them enough.

Pavol is excellent. This is the second clinical massage I've had with him and I can honestly say I feel so much better, flexible, more movement, I'm actually enjoying walking my dog again without pain. Wonderful!

Fantastic. Very peaceful and gentle. Came with significant discomfort which was relieved after one session. As a neurodivergent woman, I also appreciate the gentler more focused massage technique used and didn't come put feeling overwhelmed and touched out.
