Martyn came by to fix a leak in a toilet on Bovis repacing isolating valve and fill pipe. He was able to do quick very quick and he also fixed another problem he found. I am glad we have his company in whitehouse community. I also service boiler with him yearly.

These guys are the best I have seen. Before using Creed, I have used multiple others for servicing the boiler, they took 15 mins to do the servicing. Took some reading and says it's all okay and leave. I was really surprised to see the Creed engineer taking my boiler apart and cleaning all the parts. When asked, the engineer stated the way he does is the right way to do it. The engineer fitted all the parts back and then took all the reading as the 15 mins gas engineer does. The Creed engineer took 45 mins to service the boiler and I paid PS90. I was happy to pay Creed as I think I get value for money. Note: for the 15 mins service I used to pay around the same around PS75 to PS80.
The engineers I have seen till now have been polite and bring all the stuff they need. The only thing they need is water to clean some parts. They don't leave a mess. The overflow pipe outside my house started dripping last year, had it 'fixed' 3 times by different supposedly professional plumbers but it started dripping again after two months every time. So thankful to have found Creed Gas Services! Curtis identified immediately and explained in detail the cause of the leakage and suggested the installation of an external vessel to the cylinder. He also had our boiler and cylinder serviced. Absolutely happy with the service, would highly recommend!!

Outstanding. Used Martyn for a boiler service and he was great. Then asked him to help install a radiator but he told me it wouldn't fix the problem. Went with a new thermostat in the end and looks like it's worked! Really knowledgeable and professional.

Outstanding service provided by Creed Gas. I called them to fix a leaking issue with the boiler, and the engineer quickly identified the cause and fixed it right away. I also mentioned another problem we had been dealing with for over a year. I had already contacted three other companies, but none of them could identify the issue or repair it. I was so impressed when the engineer found and fixed the problem in less than five minutes. They could have easily charged double since they repaired two issues, but they didn't overcharge.
