Crossroads Resort

We have been using Crossroads Resort for sometime now and our dogs have used the day care and kennels. We have had excellent customer service from both teams. I can trust the staff to be open and honest with me which is very high on my list of needs and wants when looking for somewhere to take my girls. My dogs absolutely loves day care they really enjoy all the activities. Crossroads is an amazing place for both animals and the humans. Thank you guys

She is always barking in excitement as we approach and leaves smelling like a fresh groom with clean paws.

Once I get her home she sleeps through the evening.

The team are really friendly and take the time to get to know your pet- especially Elle and Steve. There is convenient parking and upon collection, you're given a summary on how your pet did in day care.

Highly recommend, just wish I found them sooner.

We've been bringing our Lurcher to Crossroads Resort (both the daycare and kennels) since August 2024, and we've had nothing but an excellent experience. From day one, the team made us feel confident that Hector was in the best hands possible. It's clear they care deeply about what they do, and the service and experience they provide.
We're so grateful to have found a place we trust completely - we wouldn't take him anywhere else!

We've been going to dog training for 5 years + and have found Steve to be knowledgeable and helpful and our dog loves it. She is quite a nervous dog but feels comfortable with all the dogs in her class.
I would recommend it to anyone.

I first took my dogs to Steve for training over 10 years ago. Now with another young dog, I had no hesitation in returning. I was amazed at how his enterprise has grown, and it shows just how much heart and soul Steve, the owner has poured into making Crossroads such a success. I have found Steve, to be a true professional and a man devoted to the well being of dogs in his care. I have no hesitation in recommending his establishment.

Absolutely brilliant , Fantastic coaching for the owners and the dogs. Steve takes the time and effort to help you prioritise your specific training needs, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great facilities, Great staff, noticeable improvements from the first visit.

We have nothing but praise for the whole team and services that Crossroads resort offers. We have been using their services for over four years and have remained loyal to them due to the outstanding service they provide to both the dogs and their owners. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. We are always listened to , given excellent advice and treated as an individual. Steve and Elle are really approachable, kind, friendly and professional, always on hand to discuss any concerns that we have had and have always offered guidance which has helped us make our dog Dotty the best version of herself. Most importantly for us due to the excellent caring attention Dotty receives from Steve, Elle and his team she adores every visit!. She loves coming to Crossroads whether it's for an overnight stay in the 5 star kennels, dog training or day care. Was told they left my fearful pup in a crate for the majority of her first day.. when questioned they then denied that ever happening. I've asked for cctv footage that they so proudly informed us about during our initial tour to work out the truth.. however have been denied access. Looks the part, but if your dog is more than just a pet, I wouldn't send them here. Unprofessional

Fantastic place we use the hydrotherapy at Crossroads resort and they are amazing I've got a working German shepherd doesn't put them off amazing place and the owner is also a great person to speak to

We've always been nervous about leaving our dog Myla and we hardly did for 2 years. The staff at Crossroads are amazing, we know she is in safe hands and I always have a happy dog dropping her and collecting her.
