Best place to go for massages and chiropractic work!! Best team and the kindest owners. Claire gives the best and focused massages that really helps me and my family weekly with pain control. Lindsey and Chris work their magic weekly on my husband with their chiropractic work and we couldn't live without them! It's coming up to a year or so since I started seeing Chris and Lyndsey and the impact thier care has had on my life is just incredible. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and really struggled with side effects from the medication prescribed. With the expert Chiropractic care at D.O.T.S I am able to manage most of my symptoms on a low/base medication without having to take stronger medication. Wherever pain or niggles crop up I mention it at the beginning of the appointment and it gets worked on and the relief is, more often than not, instant. Thank you from the bottom of my spine!

Signing up to a course of 'treatment' with Dots has been one of the best investments I've made in my well-being, and will continue to be! The whole, small but perfectly formed, team is super friendly and efficient and it's very clear to see that Lindsay and Chris are just as attentive to their staff as they are their clients.

The clinic is spotlessly clean and there are complimentary hot and cold drinks available in the cosy reception area. Very welcome after a massage by one of their talented therapists!

I cannot recommend Dots highly enough. And if, like me 7 months ago, you've never been to a chiropractor, give it a try. My balance has improved, headaches are so much more infrequent, just significant improvement all round with far fewer aches and pains.

They squeezed me in at short notice (in a tangled mess and in pain), Chris has done a wonderful job of straightening me out. I've been to other chiropractors before, but this time instead of a quick fix and forgetting about it until I'm broken again, I've paid for the care programme - theres no obligation to do that but it's really helped me, they are a very supportive and friendly team.
