Good place. Little hard to find. Good staff. Make sure your reach before time to squeeze into earlier slots.

After failing my theory 5 times at Northampton centre, I decided to come to mk.
The receptionist lady and staff were so welcoming and kind! Passed here first time , I decided to come to mk centre rather than my usual Northampton test centre due to staff being rather cold and blunt! I think the negative environment defo made me fail. My friend agreed and has decided to change to mk centre instead of Northampton! Thank you for your help today! It made a difference

I was ear wigging some of the team members, basically saying the hazard awareness is pointless and doesn't work! Then I overheard the same people point out that the test overall is nothing to do with safety but just a money-making means!

Receptionist was rude and combative, stressed me out more than taking the test.

Oh and gods help you if you have a bag. Grateful I passed and don't have to go back!

I did my citb map test and was run strictly but fair. I had a cold but could not take hanky in, I suppose I could have written 50 answers on there

Very helpful and polite staff. Lockers are provided to leave your phone, bag, jacket, etc. You have to go in with empty pockets.

Just be there on time or be early they'll let you go in if there are computers not being used. Saw someone who was just 10 mins late there weren't any PCs free so they were asked to leave and book a new test.

Receptionist lady with short blonde hair was rude as anything, had no manors and picked and chose who she was nice to certian people in particular, regardless if you was polite to her

Completed test today and passed. However although staff were helpful , I was somewhat surprised at the level of security checks carried out. I was asked to remove my large earrings, told to remove some of my bracelets as I was wearing too many , and even had my hair grips checked as I was told they could be secret devices.
This was on top of emptying my pockets, rolling up my sleeves, and patting down my top and trousers. Thankfully the latter was performed by me.
I've travelled by plane, attended cases at the Old Baily , but never had a security check like this one !
What can I say? You have been warned!!
