Absolutely amazing service from Johny. The whole team was great in dealing with everything that I needed. Would definitely recommend to have a high class service and you can’t Fault them.

The staffs at this location were quite professional in assisting their customers. A bit of improvement would be, having the cars checked first for all the basic operational functions and feature before handing it over to the customer. On one occasion I did in-fact had to drive back to the location after leaving with the vehicle because the windscreen wash was empty and that was needed for my journey.

If there was zero stars I would happily give it to them but I don't think they even deserve that. Very unprofessional staff from manager, assistant manager all they do is like to pass the ball to each other. No gut to deal with it themselves just going backward and forwards with no skills to deal with the problem. The manager is absolutely useless won't even come to the phone or ring you as he is always busy. vehicle choices are poor and the whole place is shambles. I hired the car for seven days and it only worked for one day and guess what? they didn't have any vehicle to replace it. Ruined my kids whole school holidays and all money spent on booking the trips. Waste of space and time don't bother booking from this company or branch. if you get a car from them make sure you take as many pictures as you can and videos because when it goes back they accuse you of damaging it. Apparently they don't check the vehicle when they give it to you because it wasn't damaged by previous customer they say. Don't believe them what they say. very unproffesional. thieves
