We had a plumbing leak from the ceiling and found Grand Union Plumbing online. After checking out their reviews we decided to go with them. Lauren in the office was really helpful, and Marco came out to fix the problem. He was professional, explained what was wrong, and told us how he was going to fix it. The service was excellent --I can't recommend them enough. They're now the only plumbers we'll ever call and use. Thanks guys!

I booked Grand Union Plumbing & Heating to do a service of my very old boiler and radiators. They kept me informed of Marco's arrival times, which was so helpful and allowed me to work around the appointment. Marco was a pleasure to meet and he was friendly, answering all my questions with a smile. The service was quick and with a prompt turn around. I would definitely use Grand Union again and I would recommend them to my neighbours, colleagues and friends.

We had an emergency where we had a slow leak causing a wet patch on our living room ceiling. I called in the morning and spoke to someone professional, and they arranged for an engineer to come out on the same day.
Andy arrived promptly, was very professional and friendly, and explained the problem in terms I could understand. He was able to fix the issue within the hour and provided me with some tips for the future.
I would recommend and will be using them again.

We're really pleased with our new bathroom. Glen and his team provided great service and quality of work. The breakdown of the works each day over the two weeks was really helpful.
