I think the woman who served me was called Harmony, might have miss heard that. but she made my day. Was very helpful, Professional and was educated on the products i wanted.

I was amazed at the wonderful service delivered by Sophie Heslin at the Dior counter, her product knowledge, empathy, colour selection and all round awesomeness was outstanding! 10/10 stellar member of staff and an asset to both businesses - wonderful employee!

I've been assisted by Lydia today, a gorgeous and lovely girl with great expertise in the men's fragrance section. I was looking for a new summer fragrance, and got talked through a couple options also ending up leaving with a new signature scent which is Acqua Di Parma Colonia Club which was also her favourite! I've always had the most lovely and welcoming experience here especially in the Chanel department with the lovely Urva super accommodating helpful and lovely to talk to ! I suffer with my skin and she has given me excellent advice and recommended the perfect products for me !
