Had a major power-out with my house electrics. The electrician from HES was brilliant - methodical and structured in his fault finding. Solved the problem very quickly. I have no issues recommending Heath Electrical for your domestic or commercial properties.

My experience was great. They assisted me with putting my light fittings up, tested working and ensured I was happy before leaving the premises.

Haven't paid me for last month after being laid off effective immediately and also haven't paid their workers for this month under the false promise that they'd be paid for last month and this month as well. They recently let a load of other people go. I have chased a payment update several times and have been ignored or told that an update was due soon but still no avail. I have bills to pay and I'm sure the other workers do as well! Very unprofessional and has left me and many others in a financial hole.

Excellent service - exactly on time and work completed very professionally but Mitch and Leon. What's more, the invoice was reduced as the initial estimate was incorrect and, although I had expected to pay a certain amount, I was delighted to save on this task. Such honesty from this professional firm is so nice to see. Thanks.

Good reliable work done to our kitchen and lounge lights

We have used Heath Electricals several times. Most recently because we had no power to half of our house. Dan spent several hours checking each electric item, socket and wiring to find out what the issue was, and to give us power back. He was professional throughout, keeping us updated, talking next steps and even checked in with us the next day.
I thoroughly recommend this service, and will use them again in the future.

I haven't used this company in years but they consistently send me marketing material. I've opted out of marketing and written to them but it seems they have ignored all requests. I received 3 emails today.

I wouldn't use them again, purely on the fact that they are pests with their marketing.
