I am a business customer who has their hire cara delivered and picked up from home which is over 30 mins away.
They have always delivered, they have always picked up.
They check the cars, take custom requests (leave lights on, park here etc) and always helpful to do what's needed.
When certain cars with certain features are not available, they will do their best to give you something a bit more special that time or next time (pleasant surprise when you don't demand it)
All in all. A very positive experience from me in contrast to other hertz locations that my fellow employees are regularly let down by.
