I was surprised by my boyfriend to a weekend away, and he booked this beautiful B&B for our time away. The owners were truly lovely and were so helpful in providing recommendations of restaurants to eat and attractions to visit. The room was comfortable, big and warm. The whole place was beautifully decorated and was very cosy, it felt like a home away from home. You can see how much the owners care for their customers, and they really took the time to welcome us and make sure we were well catered for. The room was immaculate, with a great selection of teas, coffees and biscuits inside. The shower was fantastic and much needed after our days out in the cold. As for the location, it could only be described as idyllic, the grounds were well kept and the parking was perfect. I have never stayed anywhere so pretty. I would definitely recommend to others, and would definitely recommend the cooked breakfast, it was a perfect start to a perfect trip away. Thank you Steven and Annette for your hospitality

A hidden gem. Fantastic character B&B in a quiet rural setting yet a short drive from Stony Stratford , Bletchley Park and Milton Keynes.
Great rooms, plenty of choice at breakfast and all freshly cooked. Annette and Steven are wonderful hosts.
A bonus is an award winning Indian restaurant and pub next door with discount for anyone staying at Home Farm.
A great place to stay.

We had a fabulous overnight stay at Home Farm Bed and Breakfast.
The room and bathroom were warm and spotlessly clean.
Steven and Annette were the perfect hosts and were incredibly friendly when they were preparing a delicious breakfast.
We would certainly stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Amazing find when I was doing a lab school at the Open University and wanted to stay a little "out of Milton Keynes" so I could get a good night's sleep. The place is gorgeous and very comfortable. The owners Steven and Annette were very welcoming and nothing was ever a problem. I needed a knife, fork and bottle opener and asked at breakfast and they lent me one (since I needed to eat quite late in my room the first night). Good parking at the back of the property. The only thing is there is no mobile phone reception, however, the wifi at the B&B is excellent and I had no problems working there during my stay. Breakfast was also very good and since they have a lot of business clientele, they are used to an early start if needed (they provided a 7am breakfast for me each morning, which was appreciated). Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. It is around 20-30 minute drive to the Open University campus from the B&B.
