Kangodia sports massage

Excellent sports massage, not just an amazing deep tissue massage but the added sports therapy in stretching working out every part of the problem area. Excellent value for money he worked very hard to break down my knotted shoulders and back. Highly recommend his services.

Went to Joel, as I had tweaked my back. With a thorough full body massage and lots of stretching me out. I felt a lot better and left pain free. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will be back again

I had been struggling with persistent pain in my left leg for few weks, and painkillers just weren't helping much. Out of desperation, I reached out to Joel at Kangodia Sports Massage -- he was kind enough to fit me in on the same day.

Joel took the time to do a thorough assessment to understand the root cause of the issue, which I really appreciated. He started with a Gua Sha treatment, followed by a targeted sports massage. The session brought significant relief -- although it ached a bit on the same day (as expected), the improvement since then has been amazing.

It's now been a month ish, and I still feel great. The pain has reduced dramatically.

I'm planning to go back for at least 2-3 more sessions to continue the treatment. I would absolutely recommend Joel to anyone dealing with muscle pain. A true professional who knows what he's doing which I think is important!

I recently had a sports massage with Kangodia Sports Massage, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. From start to finish, the experience was professional, welcoming, and incredibly effective.

I came in with quite a bit of tension and soreness, especially in my shoulders and lower back, and walked out feeling looser, lighter, and more aligned. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and tailored the massage specifically to the areas that needed the most work. You could tell immediately they were highly skilled and knew exactly how to target problem areas without making the session feel rushed or overly clinical.

The pressure was spot on - firm and deep where needed, but always within my comfort zone. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed for making sure I left feeling better than I came in. They also gave me some great aftercare advice and stretches to help maintain the benefits.

Joel is absolutely amazing. He takes time to go through a proper assessment to understand what could be causing the issue in the first place, and then the sport massage is great relief for the muscle pain. Highly recommended

Had a massage for a muscle/back issue. He was very knowledgeable, thourough and attentive to pressure and checking in to make sure I was ok. Great atmosphere and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend.

I had an hour sports massage. Suffering with general aches and pains due to lots of tennis and football. My treatment was a mixture of deep tissue and Gua Sha (muscle scraping) will definitely come back for some more treatment soon.
