Attempted to arrange a boiler service and was asked for dates which were supplied. No further contact received. I can only think they have too much work to cope

Had a new boiler and central heating system fitted by Parm.
The job was not an easy one and ran into a second day due to problems caused by other people.
Parm is obviously very knowledgeable about plumbing and central heating and I had every confidence right from the start to the finish of the job that he knew what he was doing.
He was very neat and tidy and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to carry out plumbing and heating work.
He is obviously a great asset to the company.

From the initial design service, to the project management, through to the individual Tradesmen working to install and completely finish my new bathroom, a great all round service.

MK City provided the most competitive quote for some electrical work. The work was completed to a high standard. Whilst at the property a light developed a fault. Despite it being unrelated to the work they had done and being outside the job they came to do, they stayed until it was resolved. It is hard to find such great customer service these days so thank you MK City for going above and beyond. We highly recommend this firm.

My boiler broke I rang they came out straight away. Told me the problem order the parts and came back that day to fix it.

MK City can carry out both gas and electrical work, which is really convenient for me. I've just had a brace of safety inspections and installation of a new consumer unit and wired smoke/CO2 detectors. The electricians did a top job, were respectful and made no mess at all. The installation was incredibly clean and was great that I didn't have to have any plastering/decorating to do afterwards. Overall, really pleased so will definitely use again.
