Being going MK osteopath for the last 6 months and couldn't be happier. Johnathan has help me with a painful shoulder and now able to get on with everyday activities with no discomfort now. I went to see Alienor as I had sciatica that was just getting worse and stopping me from working. I'd been seen by GP and 2 different physios but Alienor was the only one to give me a proper full examination of my back and hips and came up with the cause as being my pelvis rather than my spine which was causing severe pain down my leg. I have now had 4 treatment sessions so far and am getting so much better. Some of the treatment is quite painful at times, but the difference I feel within a few days afterwards is definitely worth it! I would highly recommend Alienor to anyone having any musculoskeletal pain.

I have seen both Damini & Sally for various aches & pains. They are both really lovely, listen well & are thorough in their care.
I always leave feeling so much better. Of all the things I spend my money on, taking care of my body with the help of MK Osteopaths is definitely the most worthwhile!

Great experience with Mk osteopath, Jonathan helped me alot with my back pain, gave great advice both for pain relief and lifestyle and I can say when I implemented everything he had advised I gradually got better and more confident in my day to day movement. I wish I would have found Sally sooner, it would have saved me so much pain. She's been so great helping me address my issues. Would 100% recommend! Alienor was not only friendly and warm, but is obviously a brilliant osteopath. I'd been in pain for weeks and Alienor worked her magic leaving me virtually pain free and able to move freely. I had 4 sessions with her and after each one I felt less pain and could move significantly better. Professional, talented, friendly and kind. I hope I don't have to come back (!) but if I do, I know I'd be in safe hands!

Fantastic service and advise. Johnathan spotted after a couple of sessions my back pain was potentially Osteoarthritis, once I had an X-ray he was correct. After results were given he explained to me the issue and diagnosis and has been helping me since. Cannot recommend him more!

Easy to find venue with plenty of free parking. They've no reception area as such but just ring the bell at your appointment time and someone will c one to greet you and show you in. Jonathan is a very pleasant man with positive energy. He has a lot of experience in excercise and sports science plus, of course, his extensive training as an osteopath. Really strongly recommended. He has helped me and also my wife.

Having had pain in my hip and back and finding it painful to walk for nearly a year, Johnathan has worked his magic. He takes time to listen to you and pinpoint the cause of the problem therefore treating the cause and not just the symptoms. He has really helped and I can now walk properly without pain, no more painkillers for me :-) Excellent advice and exercises to do which have helped me enormously. Highly recommend.
