MK Soft Tissue Therapy

With the help of Lisa's knowledge, hard work and practical advise I have be able to reduce my back pain and my poor hip mobility for the first time in months, she always has time to explain what she is doing and what the out come hopefully will be. Lisa is happy to give advise on what you can do for yourself at home so that progress continues.
